What areas do you serve?
We serve 29 counties across the Chicago, Milwaukee, Charlotte and Columbia metros. See the full county list. Need coverage outside these areas? Ask us, since additional areas may be available.
Do you accept work orders from property management platforms?
Yes. We are experienced on AppFolio, Avail, Buildertrend, Buildium, Process Street, Propify and TenantCloud, and we handle platform work orders, including from Lessen and Opendoor. Include the work order number when you submit a work order.
How do I get a quote?
Use our quote request form, or call (262) 289-4200. We respond within 1 business day, then walk the property and build a line-item scope, with spot quotes where needed.
Do you publish your pricing?
Yes. Our 2026 pricing catalog lists 398 standardized line items for investor and property manager clients, so you can budget a property before we walk it.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We hold a Wisconsin Dwelling Contractor license, a City of Milwaukee license and Illinois contractor licenses, carry $2M general liability and $1M workers’ compensation coverage, and are an EPA Lead-Safe Certified Firm. Certificates of insurance are available on request.
What are your payment terms?
Payment terms can be set per project or partnership. Ask us about terms for your portfolio.
Do you work with homeowners?
